Deepak Kshirsagar : Principal Consultant (People practice),the Co-founder & CEO of ODIES Inc. having more than 2 decades of work experience in interventional HR-OD, Leadership & CXO hiring with Indian, US & European Corporates, worked with FMCG, food & confectionery. Real Estate Developers, Infrastructure, Building Materials, Steel Manufacturing, Alco-beverages, Apparel manufacturing, Pharma & Nutraceuticals segments in India & overseas countries as an expatriate at the Sr.HR leadership level including  group CHRO, HR Head-South East Asia region, Country HR Manager-India & head talent resourcing

He works closely with the boards & CEOs of the client Companies on strategic HR Governance & ESG 

P.P. Madappa: a renowned Management professional with over 45 Years of experience in Public & private sector companies in India with domain expertise in Marketing, Sales, Business development, General Management & the board advisory


An alumnus of prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics (GIPE) Pune-India while graduate in Agro-Sciences from Dharwad University, Karnataka-India.


His previous stints includes working at Sr. leadership roles with renowned brands namely AMUL, ITC, STC, and Managing Director of Karnataka Antibiotics Ltd, on the advisory boards of various Indian & Multinational Companies & with the Government. He informally mentors the board
